Penalties involved
Penalty is not less than 50,000/- which may extend to three lakh rupees and where thedefault continues , fine may extend to one thousand rupees for every day, after the first during which failure continues
If any defalut is made then the company shall be liable to penalty of twenty five thousand rupees and every officer of the company who is in default shall be liable to a penalty of five thousand rupees.
