Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 73 and 76 read with sub-section (l) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (1 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014, namely:-

 

 (l) These rules may be called the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, 2015.

 

 (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

 

In the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014, amendments has been made in the following rules:

1. Rule 2, in sub-rule (l), in clause (c).
2. Rule 3, after sub-rule (7), the new sub-rule shall be inserted.
3. Rule 5, in sub-rule (1), for the proviso, the new proviso shall be substituted.
4. In Annexure, for Form "DPT-3" a new form shall be substituted.
