Considering to use INC 29, consider the following first
1. Not section 8 Co.
2. Name availability should be thoroughly checked.
3. Max. 3 DIR who can apply DIN.
4. Max. 20 DIR can be apptd.
5. At least 1 Dir should have DIN so that his DSC could be used for filing form, otherwise role check fails at time of filing and form cannot be filed.
5. In case of pvt. Co.:- in point 6 table, if no. of subscriber cum director (having and not having DIN) is equal or greater than 2 then whatever no. u put in no of subscriber not having DIN their block won't open.
In case of public co. same will happen but instead of 2 its 7.
6. Only 2 resubmission allowed
7. After filling the form completely, in case u click anywhere the form gets corrupted and details in 1st page gets blank.
