Companies Act, 2013 Update
Companies are required to file MGT-14 for passing of Board Resolution for Issue of Shares.(This form will be file with in 30 days of Board Meeting in which letter of offer will be issued)
But after exemption notification on private limited company on 05.06.2015 Private Limited Companies not required to file MGT-14 for Board resolution passed issue of shares.
Exemption Notification pending for publication in official Gazette.
