SEBI vide its orders dtd. 09/06/2015 ordered for exit of MPSE(Madhya Pradesh STX) and UPSE( Uttar Pradesh STX).
Both the the exchanges had applied for exit voluntarily as they were not able to achieve the min. mandatory annual trading turnover of Rs. 1000 crore as required by SEBI's exit policy circular for non-operational STX dtd. 30/05/2012 within stipulated time period of 2 years.
