8 of Company Secretaries (Procedures ofMectings of Quality Review Board, and Terms and Conditions of Service
and Allowances of the Chairperson and Members
of the Board)
Rules,
2006,
the Central Government hereby
makes
the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs
number
G.S.R.
490(E),
dated
the 13th July, 2007,
published in the Gazette
of India, Extraordinary, Part", Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 17th
July, 2007, namely:-
2. In the
said
notification, for serial
number
(3) and the entry relating thereto, the following serial
number
and entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Shri
A M Bajaj,
Director General (Commercial) - I I,
Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India,
9, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg, New Delhi - 110124.
Member".
3. This notification shall take
effect from the date
of its publication in the Official
Gazelle.
