No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2015-16/27.─ In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 30 of the
Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board hereby
makes the following regulations to further
amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,
2015, namely:-
1. These regulations
may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations,
2015.
2. They shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2016.
3. In
the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing
Obligations
and Disclosure
Requirements) Regulations,
2015, in regulation 34,
in sub regulation (2),
–
i. in clause (f), after the words “for the top” and
before the words “listed entities”, for
the word "hundred" the
words "five hundred" shall be substituted;
ii. in the proviso to clause (f), after the words “other than top” and before the words “listed companies”,
for the number “100” the words “five hundred” shall be substituted.
