documents, filings
and any other
information with the recognized stock exchange(s) on the electronic platform as specified by the Board or the
recognized
stock exchange(s).

The Exchange will not accept any physical copy/fax/emails on cmlist@nse.co.in, from January 29,
2016 and the same will not be treated as compliance as per the Listing Regulations,
2015 for the above
filings.
The companies are
required to file these
information through
NEAPS only. The
said circular shall be effective from January 29, 2016.
OTP FAQ
1 – Where OTP will be communicated?
-
OTP will be communicated on Email Id and on mobile
number which is updated in NEAPS under my profile for that company.
2 – Do I need to update my contact details?
-
If the current contact details remains the same
in NEAPS (my profile) then you don’t have to make any changes.
3- Can I add / modify other officer’s details for receipt of
OTP?
-
Yes additional logins can be created through
NEAPS by using the following path – Master – User Management – Create New User
through company super user login.

Current user details can also be modified by
using the following path – Master – User Management – Modify & my profile.
4 – Is Digital Signature would be available along with OTP?
-
Digital signature will not be available for the
modules where OTP is incorporated.
5 –How many NEAPS
Id’s can be created?
-
Only 2 Company Officer ID’s to be created
through Company Super User Login.
6 – OTP will be valid for how long?
-
OTP will be valid for 15 mins from the time of
generation.
