With a view to improve the timeliness and accuracy of disclosures by Listed Entities while reducing the cost of compliances, BSE has made available an online filing Portal viz. ‘Listing Centre’. The Listing Centre portal accepts all the compliance documents that are required to be filed by the Listed Entities.
BSE has also made available XBRL filing facility for various compliances required under ‘Listing Regulations’. The XBRL Taxonomies for 5 filings required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 have now been made available in the public domain on the BSE website, as an enabler for those companies that desire to file directly in XML format. The existing facility of providing an Excel file to listed companies for their filings (that will be converted by the Exchange software into XBRL format) will continue as at present.
