1)MCA Notification to delegate powers to appoint inspectors
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide its notification dated 29th April, 2016 delegates the power to appoint Inspectors for inspection of books and papers of a company under sub-section (5) of section 206, as ordered by Central Government, to the Regional Directors.

2)Company Law Board Order to amend CLB Regulations, 1991
The Company Law Board vide its order dated 26th April, 2016 has amended Regulation 9 of Chapter II of the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991 as follows:
In Regulation 9, for the words and expression “10.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.” the words and expression “10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.” shall be substituted”.
This order comes into force with effect from 02.05.2016 and is available at the link -
