He is star performer he performed quite well in pressure and done wonders in Indian soil to now he is 7 times Consecutive winner in pro boxing and got 15th rank in WBO knocking out 7 star studded boxers around the globe.
What we can Learn as Startups in India and as Individuals from Him point wise I will enlighten the same.
Lesson one
Sheer Focus :- He is what he is because of his boxing focus which he never lets down loose by a fraction of centimeter also when he is in ring the same point needs to be learned so as a startup we must dont loose focus on earning revenue rather then focusing on turnovers and GMV(gross market value ).
Lesson two
Dedication:- He is passionate towards boxing and he vehemently giving his best shots into the same and its his huge plus point without dedication and passion nothing great cannot be achieved so he is great in the same.Startups and Individuals need to learn how he ignite flame of passion for the game every time he enters in to the ring with same or plus more dedication level.

Team :- His whole team backed him so greatly and magnificently that he got 101% support from each and every person and staff of supporting one .So its always indispensable to have a Strong coordinated team which will help your startup grow and expand feasibly.
Lesson Four
His Spirit of never giving up and getting up for one more time as a fighter do not tap on or do not go for submission , being in ring from so long from Athens 2008 till now he knows now that if he wont beat his opponents will to fight he wont be able to knock them down and round will continue to be added on for one more time. What we can learn is Never give in Startup Turf no matter how hard struggle we facing there down under we need to remain in the game.
Lesson five
Have a cause to fight he got his first cause that is noble as well as motivating when he was moving to Manchester to join Pro-boxing he left with no option but out of Indian boxing although he still can comeback and play for India and if given chance he will rather opt for the game for India but he said in an interview I am playing not for money but to raise level of Indian Boxers and helping other boxers grew their morale to join Boxing and he is right in the whole league.
