We are pleased to share with you that SEBI vide its Circular dated November 30, 2016 amended the SEBI(REIT) Regulations, 2014 and SEBI(INvIT) Regulations, 2014 wherein it has recognised a Company Secretary in whole time practice to act as a financial valuer.
