Proposal
The Company has a current account with ____________ Bank, ________
Branch which remains unused for several months now. It is now proposed
to close this bank account. The Board members may discuss and approve
the following resolution.
Resolution
“Resolved that the Company’s Current Account No _______ with________
Bank, ________ Branch, be closed and the amount, if any, lying in the said
account be returned to the Company by way of issuance of Bankers Cheque
payable at _________ or transfer to other Current Account in the name of
the Company, and Mr./Ms._____________ and/or Mr./Ms.____________
both Directors of the Company be and are hereby severally authorized to
do all such acts, deeds and things and to sign all such documents, papers
and writing as may be necessary in this regard.”
