In continuation of notification no. G.S.R 1108 (E) dated 30th November 2016 & G.S.R. 1134 (E) dated 14th December 2016 regarding Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 and Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 respectively, issued by the Central Government, Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
2. Hon''ble President, NCLT exercising powers conferred under section 419 (3) of the Companies Act, 2013 hereby authorizes the following Benches to exercise functions of the Tribunal to dispose of the matters received under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Chapter XV: Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations of Companies Act, 2013:

3. The criteria for listing of the matters before Division/Single Bench shall remain as issued vide order dated 6.7.2016 (other than Division Bench at New Delhi). In case of New Delhi order dated 29.6.2016 shall apply.
4. This order is issued in suppression of order dated 19.1.2017.
