# RULES ARE OMITTED TO BRING EFFECT TO PROVISIONS OF CA 2017
Companies act 2017 proposes to omit section 93 which states that MGT 10 is to be filed with registrar
Similarly sec 94(1) special resolution for keeping register of member u/s 88 and anual return u/s 92 at the place other than Registered office where 1/10th of total number of members reside is proposed to be omitted
With notification of 13.06.2018, the respective rules are omited simultaneously

Rule is omitted to file form MGT 14 where special resolution for keeping register of member u/s 88 and anual return u/s 92 at the place other than Registered office where 1/10th of total number of members reside

EGM shall be held at a place within india stands omitted

Already effective vide 09.02.2018 under sec 110
Any item transacted by postal ballot can be transacted at a general meeting where electronic facilities is provided to members
rule 22(16) is omitted which listed 10 items to be transacted through postal ballot
