CSPM has been established in the Ministry and a few officers have been appointed as Inspectors for the compliance of section 124 and 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 [Sections on IEPF]. Henceforth, any scrutiny to be done with regard to IEPF matters will be taken up by the appointed officers.

RDs and ROCs have been directed not to scrutinise any matter under section 124 and 125.
Sanction of the prosecution shall be reported to the concerned ROC, who, shall within a fortnight to the concerned Inspector.
