The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has amended the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 wherein the provision related to the matter disclosure in board report has been amended.
Now, the companies are required to disclose in their report about
the maintenance of cost records,
internal complaints committee under sexual harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
