1. GST Update :
Government sets up an IT Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address the grievances of taxpayers due to technical glitches on GST Portal.

2. MCA Update:
a. Form 20B is likely to be revised on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f.
6th April 2018. Stakeholders are advised to check the latest version before filing.
b. Temporary suspension of issuance of allotment of new DINs for Designated Partners/Partners of LLPs is being extended till further notice. A suitable message would be posted on the portal after revised DIR-3 is made available for filing purposes for issuance of new DPIN/DINs for Partners of proposed LLPs. Stakeholders may kindly take note and plan accordingly.

3. Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI):
IBBI has issued a Press release to clarify that rendering of Valuation Services without a Certificate of Registration under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017 is allowed till 30th September, 2018.
