The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has modified the e-Forms 20B and MR-1. The new version of e-Form 20B (Filing annual return by a Company having a share capital with the Registrar) and MR-1 (Return of appointment of MD/WTD/Manager) are available w.e.f. 6th April, 2018. Only new version of e-form will be acceptable and Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly.
